Do not worry at all; as long as Ardahan exists and Ardahan, the city of the frontier, stands up, I will bring right, law and justice to this country. Justice will come not only to Ardahan but justice will also come to the geography of Turkey. We will seek justice not only in courtrooms but everywhere, on the road, in the field, in the factory, everywhere. Justice for the labourer, the housewife, and those taking exams. Justice for everything because the Almighty Creator built the world on justice. We will either bring justice or we will get it.

I am delighted to be in Ardahan. You have listened to our two significant friends. They are serving in Istanbul and Ankara. Now we will perform all of Turkey together with them. We will not discriminate. There is no discrimination in our handbook. A human being is a person and is more than welcome. We will serve everyone. We will not do like them. I want you to be sure of this.

I know you have great expectations. Look, you have experienced a change in Ardahan. Ardahan did not even have a terminal. Do you have a terminal? All the vehicles of the municipality were leased. They were paying the most expensive money. Now does our municipality have vehicles? None of them is leased. This means that if you use the money properly, if you do not violate the rights of servants, if you see service to the people as service to God, and if you develop Ardahan, you will create Turkey. We will do this.

But no matter how many barriers they create, we trust the people of this country, 85 million people, and we will work for you and fight for you.

Young people, sometimes you pass the KPSS but are eliminated in the interview. I will abolish that; I will bring justice there too. Then, you will win the exam, and each of you will take office.

Women, housewives, I know your problems too. I know that you do not have social security. We will bring the Premium-Free Family Support Insurance. God willing, we will bring a system where no child goes to bed hungry and where there is peace in every home and abundance in every home. No one will be impoverished, and the basis and actor of every woman's social security will be the state itself. The state will be with you and will not leave you in need. I would like you to know this too.

They bring meat from abroad, and they bring livestock from abroad, they bring oats from abroad, and they bring corn from abroad. They get whatever comes from outside. For God's sake, doesn't this country have plains, fields, and working people? There are all of them. They work for the Gang of Five, and I will work for the people. When I say Gang of Five, they transferred billions of dollars to them. They transferred 418 billion dollars. I will take 418 billion dollars and give it to the people. They think, "We took the money abroad, and no one will see it." Mr Kemal will see it and bring all of that money. He will give it to this nation.

I want one thing from you. When you go to the polling station, put your conscience in your mind and vote accordingly. Don't vote for those who violate the rights of servants.

Look, the young people of this region are working and struggling in the slums of big cities to find a job with minimum wage. You see Ardahan; you see its fertile plains. If you support agriculture, if you support animal husbandry, if you don't let the farmers go to the fields, if you create a system in which everyone earns, everyone produces, and the sweat of their brow is valued, no one will go to the slums of big cities to see if they can find a job at minimum wage. Everyone will eat where they live. Everyone will live in peace where they are. Everyone will have a job; everyone will have an income. This is our goal. That is why I say; they spend money on other things; they spend it for the gangs of five, and they spend it for their supporters. Mr Kemal will pay it for his citizens.

Eastern Express... Yes, don't worry, the last stop of the Eastern Express will be Ardahan, you will see.

I know the problems of internship victims, and I will solve them, too, don't worry.

We will appoint 100 thousand teachers in the 100th year of the Republic, don't worry. We will open all village schools.

You say, 'You have a long way to go; young people are with you'. I promise, young people, I am with you, don't worry at all.

Ardahan, I promise Sahara Tunnel will come. Ardahan I promise the Eastern Express will go here. Ardahan I promise, the farmer will win, and the manufacturer will win. There will be a teacher and a veterinarian in all villages. He will vaccinate your animals without any charge, do not worry.

As I said, my only duty is to bring peace and prosperity to this country. They say, 'Sir, where will these people find the money...' There is money; Turkey is a rich country, and Turkey is a strong country as long as the resources are appropriately spent.

Ardahan Municipality... I was going to say metropolitan. This region will one day have the potential of a metropolis.

Do you know why? We will declare this region a special economic zone. Starting from Erzurum, we will declare this whole region Kars, Ardahan, Iğdır as a special economic zone. This region will be an agriculture and stockbreeding region, and extensive industrial integrated facilities will be established based on agriculture and stockbreeding. And this region will meet the annual meat needs of the Caucasus and the Middle East. The annual meat demand of this region, namely the Caucasus and the Middle East, is 25 billion dollars. So we will be the most substantial actor in a $25 billion market. We have planned this, and when we make it a special economic zone, you will see how this region grows, develops, and feeds not only this region, the Caucasus and the Middle East but also Europe. And you will see how the per capita income in this region increases and how people work in peace.

He says, 'Diesel is expensive, the tank is empty, the field is empty, the feed is expensive, the barn is empty, run to my Kemal's help'. I'll run. Why are we here? I will run. Don't worry; we will run.
