CHP Leader and Presidential Candidate Kılıçdaroğlu Attends Future Party Fastbreaking Meeting

CHP Chairperson and National Alliance Presidential Candidate Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu attended the Nation's Table Fastbreaking Meeting program organized by the Future Party Istanbul Provincial Presidency in Yenikapı.

CHP Leader and Presidential Candidate Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu said the following in his speech here:

Dear friends, there were many beautiful speeches. Before I spoke, Mr. Davutoğlu also mentioned Yunus in his remarks. Yunus Emre is an outstanding value that this land has raised; we should all take it as an example. Yunus says the following: 'Knowledge is to seek Knowledge. Knowledge is to know yourself. If you don't know yourself, how long is it to read?' The basic philosophy here is to know yourself. How do we know ourselves? If we do not question ourselves, or our ego, we will not fulfil Yunus' wish.

To know oneself means to be purified from resentment and rage. To know yourself means to seek justice. Knowing yourself means listening to the voice of your conscience. To know oneself is not to eat the right of rightful due. To know oneself is to be dedicated to society and know yourself.

That is why we six leaders are together. We are fighting for democracy, rights, law, for justice. Please support us. We have embarked on a journey together, and it is a very long journey; it is the path of rights, path of justice, the path of wisdom, the path of Knowledge, the path of science. Therefore, those who embark on this path will contribute to the growth and development of our country.

We know that we have chosen a difficult path. Because we also know very well that all the balances that have been disrupted must be rebuilt and struggled for, and we will do what is necessary. Any support you will give on this path we have set out for justice will accelerate the achievement of our goal. We will bring justice for our children, for our youth, for our disabled people, for all segments of society, and we will rebuild justice in these lands. We will entrust justice to the conscience of all of you.
