CHP leader and Presidential Candidate Kılıçdaroğlu said, "Greetings from Kardzhali. We have fast-breaking in the evening with the Rumanian Turks (Evlad-ı Fatihan)..." and he made the followings statements in the video he shared:

"I am addressing you from Kardzhali.

I will have only one word.

Look, the World Policy of Turkey, the Mediterranean, the foreign, and the defence industry policies are state policies. And state policy is independent of parties because the state is permanent. Of course, the palace makes a perception, but in reality, it has statified its party and individualised its foreign policy. But this is the Soviet regime; the party acts like the state.

They perceive that 'when Mr Kemal comes, this will stop, that will stop'. It won't stop, sir; it won't. With Mr Kemal, the state will still be the state, and the party will still be the party.
