CHP Leader and Presidential Candidate Kılıçdaroğlu in Besni: "Don't vote for the one who violates your rights; vote for the one who is accountable to you."

CHP Chairperson and Nation Alliance Presidential Candidate Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu said, "They work for the Gang of Five, Mr Kemal works for the people, he works for you. Therefore, there is only one thing to do; there is only one thing; when you go to the ballot box, put your hand on your conscience, and listen to the voice of your conscience. Don't vote for those who eat servants' rights again, for God's sake! Don't vote for those who violate your rights; vote for those who are accountable to you."

CHP Chairperson and Nation Alliance Presidential Candidate Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was in the disaster-stricken Adıyaman on the first day of the holiday, first visited Adıyaman Municipality Cemetery, visited the graves of the citizens who lost their lives in the earthquake, left carnations on the graves and prayed. CHP Chairperson and Presidential Candidate Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu then had breakfast with the earthquake victims at the "Halil İbrahim Sofrası" (Halil Ibrahim Table) meeting. Afterwards, CHP Chairperson and Presidential Candidate Kılıçdaroğlu travelled to Gölbaşı district, where the earthquake caused great destruction, and from there, he went to Besni district.

CHP leader and Presidential Candidate Kılıçdaroğlu addressed the citizens in the Besni district of Adıyaman and said the following in his speech:

"May your holiday be blessed. I am very pleased to be in Besni on the first day of Eid. It is written here; 'I promise you, I will be the President of 85 million'. God is my witness that I will be the president of 85 million people. I will not discriminate; there will be no segregation, peace everywhere, and blessings in every home. We will hopefully rebuild a Turkey where every person is happy and lives well. We will build a Turkey without quarrels, a Turkey without hatred, and a beautiful Turkey together.

When I think of Besni, I think of your famous grape, and I call it the date of Turkey; you have a gorgeous grape that is known not only to you but to all of Turkey and the world, so Besni has particular importance in this country and this region.

There are fertile lands, but there is no water in those lands. I promise, I promise to Besni, that water will reach those plains. They couldn't do it; we will do it, we will do it. When it comes to you, there is no money, but when it comes to the Gang of Five, they have all the money in the world. I will take all the money from the Gang of Five, and I will bring it to Besni, I will bring it to Urfa, I will bring it to Adıyaman. Hopefully, we will create a city and a world in this region where everyone wins, and everyone lives in peace. We will do this together, you will see.

There are no watering canals, and I am aware of that; I know that. I went to Şanlıurfa, and farmers complained, 'We draw water from wells, the electricity costs a lot of money, and we can't pay.' They come, they cut the electricity, they can't produce... I told them, 'Give us the mayorship of Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality, and I will give electricity free of charge to all farmers.' I say the same thing for Besni; you will give us the mayorship of Besni, and I will provide electricity free of charge to all farmers.

Where is our Mayor, Mayor? Come here, come here.

They said, 'Wow, sir, how can you give electricity to farmers for free?' There is no need for oil, no need for natural gas, and no need for coal to obtain electricity from solar energy. God has the sun, and it is free. Do we pay dollars for the sun, or are we billed for the sun? It's all free, all of it. I will do it, you will see, God willing, I will do it, and then we will give free electricity to all farmers. We will do this without any hesitation or fear.

I know the connecting roads were not built; they said that too. So they cannot do it, and they work for the Gang of Five; Mr Kemal works for the people; he works for you. So there is only one thing for you to do; when you go to the ballot box, put your hand on your conscience and listen to the voice of your conscience. For God's sake, don't vote for those who violate servants' rights again! Don't vote for those who eat the right; vote for those who answer to you.

I know how miserable your children are; those with a favoured candidate can get in, but those without a favourite candidate cannot. I will end that favouritism too, that favouritism too. I promise to young people, I promise to all young people, I will not let anyone's right, no one's right, no one.

I promise to appoint 100 thousand teachers this year. God willing, we will appoint 100 thousand teachers when we come to power. We will reopen schools in all villages.

They worked for themselves; they worked for the Gang of Five. The Gangs of Five create obstacles in the world, and the Gang of Five slanders the world, so Mr Kemal will not sit in the Presidential seat. I trust and believe in my nation; we will sit with your will. You will not be grateful to anyone. I will not let anyone eat the right of the orphan. I want everyone to live in peace.

Look, they bring it from outside. Wheat from abroad, barley from abroad, meat from abroad, livestock from abroad, oats from abroad, chickpeas from abroad... We have fertile lands; why don't we import them? They have made the farmer resent the land, and I will reconcile the farmer and the land. The farmer will produce, the farmer will earn, and everyone will be fed. Don't worry at all.

Justice is the religion of the state, and I know this very well. The Almighty Creator built the universe on justice. For this reason, the biggest sin in our belief is violating servant's rights. Because eating servant's rights means making a world without justice, they say, 'One eats, one looks, and the apocalypse will break from there'. We want peace and prosperity in everyone's kitchen. Therefore, we will not stand next to those who eat the right of a servant, we will not vote for those who eat the right of a servant, and we will carry those who do not eat the right of a servant above our heads.

Don't worry; we will ensure right, law and justice. I would like you to trust this brother of yours. I have no interest in sitting in palaces. For me, palaces are not about this and that... Citizens will live in palaces; citizens will be in peace; citizens will make their houses like palaces; you will see this.

Look, there was an earthquake; houses were destroyed. People's shops were destroyed, their homes were destroyed, and their barns were destroyed. They say, 'We will build, two years grace period, 20 years, we will get the money back again'. Mr Kemal has a promise; all those houses will be built, earthquake resistant, the keys will be delivered, and not a penny will be taken.

They say there is no money, and when I say this, they say, 'Where will you get the money? Well, you gave the money to the gangs of five. I will bring all of this money, 418 billion dollars, to this country. Don't worry, and I will get it all.

Sir, I again extend my sincere love and respect to all of you, and I wish you a blessed Eid.

On the Feast of Eid al-Adha, you will see, my retired brothers and sisters, when you go to the bank, you will see 15 thousand liras. You will receive it quickly and spend it as you wish. They will give it to the Gang of Five, and we will provide it to you.
