He will work for pensioners, housewives, civil servants, business people, workers, peasants, breeders, apartment workers, young people, and women. He will work for 85 million people in this country. I promise."

I promise I will never keep the one who eats the unjust in office. I will never hold the one who commits injustice in office. They work for the Gang of Five; Mr Kemal will work for you. He will work for the retired, housewives, civil servants, business people, labourers, peasants, breeders, doormen, young people, women, and the 85 million people of this country. I promise.

Subcontracted workers also wanted to come here. But they did not allow the subcontracted workers. I am addressing them from here; don't worry, we are almost there, you will see. The state does not employ subcontractors. The state employs permanent workers or civil servants. Therefore, the subcontracted workers should not worry; their hearts should be at ease. God willing, there will be no such concept as subcontracted workers in the state when we come to power. All workers will have staff, and they will work in safety.

Likewise, our pensioners, do not forget, do not think that I have failed you. From 2015 onwards, I advocated that pensioners be given a bonus equal to the minimum wage on Ramadan and Eid al-Adha. At first, they objected; they said, 'There is no money'. Then they had to; they gave a small figure. Anyway, they gave it. They have given a little more but have not given the amount I thought, targeted, and foreseen. I said, 'You will give as much as the minimum wage,' but they did not give as much as the minimum wage. We have the Feast of Sacrifice ahead of us. On the Feast of Sacrifice, all pensioners will go to the bank and see their 15 thousand liras. They will see the money deposited. Immediately they shouted in chorus, 'Where will you find the money?' You can find the money for the Gang of Five, but I can't for the nation. And don't worry at all; I will bring back all the money that the Gang of Five kidnapped and get it back to the penny. I will bring the money back and put it in the pockets of this nation. I will support the pensioners, civil servants, workers, industrialists, and whoever produces. No one should have any worries about this.

Because Mr Kemal is not interested in palaces, Mr Kemal will sit in Çankaya Mansion like a modest President. I promise you this. In other words, we will go to Mustafa Kemal's seat and work together to realise Mustafa Kemal's ideals.

I promise: One, we will not question anyone's identity. Everyone's identity is their own honour. Identity is our honour. We will not ask anyone's belief. Such empowerment has not been given to anyone. No one can question the relationship between God and the individual. Third, we will not interfere with anyone's lifestyle. But if a child goes to bed hungry, 85 million people are hungry. If a family's electricity is cut off because they have not paid their electricity debt, 85 million people's electricity has been cut off. If natural gas is cut off and a family cannot heat up in winter, then it means that we all cannot heat up. What does this mean? It means being together in sorrow and joy. We set out to build a Turkey where no child goes to bed hungry and where there is peace and prosperity in every home, and we continue our journey with determination.

Now and then, they try to lecture us on nationalism. Who are you, and who is nationalism? We have two red lines. One; our flag. Two: our homeland. I'll repeat it; we have two red lines, our flag and our homeland; apart from that, we sit and talk with everybody. The flag and the homeland are indispensable to us, and we would die for our flag and homeland without blinking an eye. What did they do? They captured the Tomb of Suleyman Shah. They took down the flag. Mr Kemal will take Suleiman Shah back to his homeland. He will settle there, plant our flag again, and everyone, especially Mr Kemal, will respect him.

Tank Pallet Factory... They sold the Tank Pallet Factory to the Qataris, didn't they? I will buy that Tank Pallet Factory within a week and hand it back to our glorious army.

Moreover, no President in the history of the Republic of Turkey has ever travelled to a country he insulted to beg for money. Such a thing does not exist in our history. We have our reputation because we come from a tradition that fought the National War of Independence. Because we are a country that set an example to all oppressed nations by waging the War of Independence. For this reason, Mr Kemal will protect the dignity of this country, our flag and our homeland in every place and environment and will never kneel before the sovereign powers.

A person who is afraid to give a note when a sack is placed on the heads of our soldiers in Northern Iraq cannot sit in the Presidential seat in the Republic of Turkey. I repeat it; when the sack was put on the heads of our soldiers in Northern Iraq, we dared to say to the country that put the sack on the heads of our soldiers, 'What are you doing? We protest. We are giving a note' cannot be President of the Republic of Turkey. We come from the tradition of Mustafa Kemal. We come from a tradition that knows what Mustafa Kemal's principles are. Also, the day I entered politics, I put my assets on my own website. And I told the whole world, 'This is my asset. This is what I earned with the sweat of my brow'. I have modest assets. They say, 'Sir, look, tomorrow they will come; they will end the defence industry. They will terminate the UAVs'. No, why should we? Did the national defence system start with these? This has been going on since the 1970s. In the 2000s, the Defence Industry Fund was established. And the late Özal found it; let us remember him with mercy. The defence industry is a national issue; it is not a party issue but a national one. The more vital Turkey becomes in the defence industry, the more it becomes a state that shows its strength when it sits at the table.

Don't we know this? In the defence industry, this brother of yours was the first to visit the factory before the groom got married. Therefore, I also give him his due. Look, I say it clearly; the defence industry is a national issue; if it is a national issue, it cannot be the subject of hot politics; no matter your opinion, you have to support the defence industry. But you will make the support sincere. You will not say you keep it and give the Tank Pallet Factory to the Qatari army. We know all of this, don't worry at all. Turkey is a strong country; Turkey is a rich country, and Turkey is a country that knows how to live in brotherhood. We will never separate; we will never fight. We will embrace. We will be together; we will be together. We will come to power; the power will be the power of the people, not the power of the palace.

I have one more promise. When Mr Kemal comes, you will receive salaries from 4, 5, and 6 places, you will be rich, and our young people who graduated from the university will be unemployed for years! Will we allow this? I will never let it, never.

In the 100th year of the Republic, we will reopen all village schools and appoint 100 thousand teachers. We will bring teachers and students together in the villages like Ferhat and Shirin met.

Look, meat comes from abroad; livestock comes from abroad; barley comes from abroad; lentils come from abroad. Everything comes from abroad, the feed comes from abroad, and fertiliser comes from abroad. We have a country like paradise. We can produce all of these. They have made the farmer angry with the land. We will reconcile the farmer and the land. We will build a system where no farmer makes a loss. We will give red diesel; we will provide cheap diesel, we will give diesel without VAT and SCT, and we will support merchants. When the merchants are supported, you will see that the middle pillar will be more substantial.

Housewives, I know your problems too. Look, with the Family Support Insurance, we will support all households who have no income or whose income is below the minimum wage. Money will be deposited in your bank account, and you will receive the support the state provides monthly, just like a civil servant, a labourer or a pensioner. In other words, the left hand will never see what the right hand gives. I want you to be sure that our belief also foresees this. In addition, some of my female sisters said, "Can you open a gold account for us?" Yes, I promised them that if you do not have cash, we would open a gold account for you if you wish, and you will have gold in the bank. I also promise this.

Why? I don't want a Turkey where no child goes to bed hungry... I want a Turkey where the electricity is not cut off in any house. I want a Turkey where the water is not cut off. I don't want a Turkey where the natural gas is cut off. I don't want a Turkey where people are condemned to thirst, where people are condemned to the cold. No one arbitrarily says I don't pay for electricity. No one arbitrarily says that they do not pay for natural gas. So, we need help. The social state will be on your side. The state will also be the guarantor of women. Therefore, don't worry; we will solve this problem together. One of the first laws we will enact will be the Family Support Insurance. Thus, families will maintain their strong position because the foundation of society is the family.

And one more thing. To prevent drug barons from living in this country, I will fight against drug barons to the end. They take photos with drug barons. They poison our young children. I will eradicate drug barons in this country. First, he will be arm in arm-with such politics and people; then the judiciary will let them go free, and Mr Kemal will watch this. No, Sir!
