You will hear about a lot of new projects from me these days.

But, firstly, let's put forward a clear fact. Turkey needs to make qualified production to enrich itself. Turkey can only prosper and grow by producing high-value-added products. Therefore, we must build our own production machines, intermediate goods, spare parts and final products for high-productivity production.

So how?

First of all, we will create special economic zones that will cover entire Turkey. We will have a global production, trade and finance network. We will establish nine special economic zones, 17 agriculture and livestock centres and 50 production bases indirectly affecting 81 provinces. We will start an excellent production movement across Turkey.

These regions will work under six essential principles, i.e. six basic principles.

1. Cost

Total cost leadership. Our competitiveness will not be based on the exchange rate difference and cheap labour. In other words, Turkey will never be a low-cost labour market. Instead, it will stem from strategic production, value-added products and appropriate logistics.

2. Focus

We will specialise by focusing on specific areas. All developed countries do this. We will do the same.

3. Differentiation

We will differentiate by producing products that will be distinguished in the market.

4. Innovation

In other words, Innovation. These regions will be focused on P&D, i.e. production development; R&D, i.e. research and development and Innovation.

5. Capital

Robust, secure and accessible capital infrastructure will be ready in the regions.

6. Law

In other words, legal security. Employees, investors and businesses will be legally secured. Everyone will have the protection of life and property. In the first three months of our government, we will make the necessary legal arrangements and lay the foundations immediately.

Reverse migration from big cities to Anatolia will start, revitalising Anatolia.

Our young people will not seek their future abroad. We will create 2.5 million new jobs with this movement of development. The unemployment rate will fall below 5 per cent in the first five years. The problem of youth unemployment will be solved.

I will continue explaining our projects that will bring Turkey to permanent prosperity. Because Turkey deserves this, our people deserve fortune; our youth deserve wealth.
