CHP Leader Kılıçdaroğlu: In a country of earthquakes and millions of homeless, they established a system that insults its citizens

CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu stated that when CHP comes to power, they will ban the sale of housing to foreigners for five years and that this ban will not be lifted until housing prices fall. CHP leader Kılıçdaroğlu made the following statement on his social media account this evening:

"In delivering new houses to our citizens, 8 percent VAT is applied up to 150 m2 and 18 percent for the part exceeding this m2. On the other hand, foreigners are exempted from VAT provided they bring the money to the country in foreign currency. With this advantage, foreigners make high purchases and drive up housing prices.

When we come, we will prohibit the sale of housing to foreigners for five years, and the prohibition will not be lifted until prices fall. We have so many things to fix that the rotten system."
