CHP Leader Kılıçdaroğlu: In the First 6 Months, We Will Shatter the 'Glass Ceiling' Applied to Women, Together with Women

Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Chair of the Republican People's Party, announced that when they come to power, they will change the 'glass ceiling' practice applied to women in the workplace and implement comprehensive reform. CHP leader Kılıçdaroğlu's statement on his social media account is as follows:

"In the first six months, we will shatter the 'glass ceiling' imposed on women, together with women, by setting a lower limit for the equal representation of women on the board of directors in publicly traded companies. The Istanbul Convention will be just the beginning. We have a very comprehensive list of reforms."
