Kılıçdaroğlu sent a Letter of Condolences to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif

CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu sent a letter of condolences to Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif due to the suicide attack on a mosque in Peshawar, Pakistan, yesterday. "In solidarity with the people of Pakistan, we share your pain and condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the attack and to your government, and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded," Kılıçdaroğlu said in his letter.

Kılıçdaroğlu's letter included the following words: "Dear Prime Minister, I would like to express our sorrow over the loss of many lives in the bomb attack against a mosque in Peshawar on 30 January 2023. In solidarity with the people of Pakistan, we share your grief, offer our condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the attack and your government, and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded."

A suicide attack was organised against a mosque in Peshawar, Pakistan, yesterday during midday prayers. More than 80 people lost their lives as a result of the attack.
