CHP Shared The Number Of The Disaster Coordination Centre

A 7.4 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş. The earthquake was felt in many neighbouring provinces. An earthquake occurred at 04.17 in the Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş. While AFAD announced the earthquake's magnitude as 7.4, Kandilli Observatory determined the epicentre as Gaziantep and the magnitude as 7.5. AFAD reported the depth of the earthquake as 7 kilometres and Kandilli Observatory as 5 kilometres. The earthquake was also felt in many neighbouring provinces.

According to AFAD data, 76 citizens lost their lives, and 440 were injured.
