Republican People's Party Chairperson Özgür Özel sent a message of condolence to Russian Ambassador Aleksei V. Erkhov

Özgür Özel, Chairperson of the Republican People's Party, sent a message of condolence to Aleksei V. Erkhov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Ankara, due to the terrorist attack that took place at the Crocus Concert Hall on 22 March. In his message, Özel said, ‘We express our condolences to the relatives of those who lost their lives in this heinous attack, and wish the wounded a speedy recovery, patience and strength. We are convinced that peace and stability in our region, which is frequently targeted by such attacks, can only be achieved through reconciliation, solidarity and co-operation. We strongly condemn this terrible act of terrorism. I reaffirm our solidarity with the friendly people of Russia at this difficult moment.’
